KENYA: Draft MF Prudential Regulations Released

The Central Bank of Kenya is seeking feedback on draft prudential regulations for deposit-taking MFIs

On March 27, 2007, the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) posted proposed prudential regulations for deposit-taking microfinance institutions on its website. The CBK is soliciting feedback on these draft regulations in advance of a stakeholder meeting scheduled for April 19, 2007.
