EGYPT: Law for Regulation of Non-Banking Financial Markets Enacted

Establishes "Single Regulator" for non-banking financial markets and instruments (June 2009)

Effective as of July 1, 2009, this law relates to the establishment and authority of the Egyptian Financial Services Authority (EFSA) and regulation of non-banking financial markets and instruments.
